callCodeml

This is used to call Codeml to calculate the positive selection of gene in Branch-Sites Model.(Require codon sequence) callCodeml automatically calculates thousands of candidate genes and looks for PSGs.

Usage: python3 callCodeml.py seqDir treeFile
