Ceph-CSI added VolumeGroupSnapshot support for NFS Driver. Remove the NFS driver type exclusion so the CSIVolumeGroupSnapshot feature gate is enabled for NFS drivers when snapshotPolicy is set to volumeGroupSnapshot. Signed-off-by: Praveen M <m.praveen@ibm.com>
