The mechanical release PR carries the `skip-bot-review` label so the automated bot review is
skipped (the label-ensure line above creates it if it does not already exist).

Use the project commit convention: `Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>` (no
model name / no "Generated with Claude Code" footer).
