Add Solarized syntax highlighting styles

Changes

• Add local Solarized syntax styles for solarized, solarized-dark, and solarized-light.
• Use the shared style resolver from both prompt and output style factories.
• Document the new style names in the packaged config template and test config.
• Add focused tests covering Solarized output style colors/backgrounds.
