If the probe fails, the premium lead falls back to serial execution rather than aborting or restarting shared infrastructure mid-run.
• Multi-agent sessions that previously stalled or lost output on mid-run fork failures (ENXIO, phantom spawn) will now degrade gracefully and complete the task single-threaded instead of hanging.
