Add degrees and nationalities in Norwegian - #138

- Adds list of nationalities in norwegian, and puts both english/norwegian lists in a separate file
- Adds norwegian degrees
- Changes section titles in accordance with English version
Moved both lists of nationalities to new file to avoid clutter
