Rename on_event function to update#26

the on_Event function is no longer utilized and has been renamed to update, furthermore it takes as an argument the &Event and not Event, I believe. do correct me if i'm wrong, i've tried this on 0.14.0 the rest seems to provoke no errors so there is no need to change anything.

I totally understand if you mean to keep this as a tutorial to 0.13.1 alone, however maybe a note that the function has been renamed to update on more recent iced version would be nice nonetheless |
