Add your new code
Add test cases to the unit tests
Make sure your code is copied to the http://code.google.com/p/python-csp/source/browse/csp/os_process.py , pthread and Jython variants to the language
Update the ChangeLog
Update the info documentation in the python-csp shell to add info for your new language feature
Update the python-csp Tutorial
Create a .rst file and update the Sphinx documentation in the docs directory
Create a new release...
