Modularize real-world benchmark tests

Summary

• Split real-world benchmark integration test roots into focused Rust modules.
• Modularized memory summary, scheduled memory, proactive brief, memory evolution, core archival, markdown rendering, manifest summary, and qmd trace replay assertions.
• Preserved existing test behavior while reducing the touched root files to module declarations and narrow orchestration.

Validation

• Segment 1: RUSTC=/run/current-system/sw/bin/rustc cargo make fmt-rust && RUSTC=/run/current-system/sw/bin/rustc cargo make check
• Segment 2: RUSTC=/run/current-system/sw/bin/rustc cargo make fmt-rust && RUSTC=/run/current-system/sw/bin/rustc cargo make check
• Final local result: 403 tests run: 403 passed, 92 skipped
