docs: publish TypeScript client release path

What changed

• advance the public ecosystem snapshot to organization evidence commit 975173da2c1be720a4f902cde36ba3822b9b6e56
• pin create-hayate 0.13.0, hayate-openapi 0.8.1, and their immutable release source commits
• document the generated zero-runtime TypeScript Fetch client and real-ASGI golden-app proof
• publish the full 112/112 frontend matrix run and aggregate evidence hash
• update every first-party start command to create-hayate 0.13.0
• regenerate the ecosystem family page
