This invariant points future agents at operations-research-algorithms/docs/implementation-matrix.md, but that path is not present anywhere in this repo (checked with rg 'implementation-matrix|operations-research-algorithms'). When a baseline-only change needs a documented gap, following this instruction either fails or creates a stray directory outside the documented docs/ layout, so the parity tracking rule becomes unusable; please point it at an existing repo-local doc or add the matrix file.
