What this PR does / why we need it:
Adds OpenCode as a first-class Kanon provider alongside Codex and Claude.
This renders OpenCode instructions, MCP config, and skills to OpenCode's native user and project locations, imports OpenCode config back into the neutral Kanon schema, and updates CLI/TUI agent selection, docs, and tests for the new provider.
