Overview
Bumps @onkernel/sdk from 0.71.1 to 0.72.0 in package.json, src/version.ts, and .release-please-manifest.json, and adds the 0.72.0 changelog entry.

This release is a semver major re-cut of the browser pool profile typing that landed in 0.71.1: pool profile is documented as BrowserPoolProfile (id/name only), with save_changes removed from the typed surface. Inline JSON callers stay wire-compatible; TypeScript callers must drop save_changes from pool profile objects. Behavior note in the changelog: sending save_changes on a pool no longer yields 400 and is silently ignored.
