fix(get-started): use latest-no-plugins image and standalone profile

Summary

• Docker command on /get-started (Hero.astro + SetupSteps.astro) switched from kestra/kestra:latest → kestra/kestra:latest-no-plugins
• Command switched from server local → server standalone

Part-of: kestra-io/kestra#16054

Test plan

• Load /get-started, verify hero command + setup steps snippets show updated image/command
• Verify copy button copies updated command
