Hi, I'm Anjali 👋

I'm a Product Lead at Swap building AI-native cross-border commerce infrastructure: duties, tax, customs classification, multi-region pricing. Engineer for a decade before I moved into product, so I'm as comfortable in the API spec and the architecture review as I am in driving and shaping the startegy of products.

I care most about AI in regulated domains, where the cost of being wrong is high and the upside of being right is structural.

What I'm working on

  • 🛠 Compliance Hub at Swap — LLM-assisted HS code classification and customs description generation across 13K+ jurisdictions. Lifted duty/tax accuracy 40%.
  • 🤖 A proactive delivery agent (building) — an agentic system that handles post-purchase delivery exceptions before the customer has to ask.
  • ✍️ Writing about shipping real AI in production, not slideware.
