[minor] Declare compose upload timeout default#12
Merged
Conversation
Declares the default Traefik readTimeout in compose so sitectl upload-limit components can adjust it consistently.
Align the README and Makefile with the shared application-template shape: concise purpose, sitectl and Docker Compose requirements, quick start, common sitectl operations, and only repo-specific Makefile targets.
Use libops/ojs:nginx-1.30.3-php84 as the template image and BASE_IMAGE so smoke tests and local builds use the current libops PHP base.
Use libops/base:3.2.2.0 for the init service so the template runs against the expected s6-overlay base version.
