Metadata File Format: Pathways

The Pathways metadata file specifies where files with lists of genes for each pathway can be found.

It must be located at obj/meta-pathways.tsv

The following columns are required:

• Pathways Group: A name for the group of pathways included in the referenced pathways file.
• Path to Pathways File: Path to the pathways file. Relative to the obj directory.
• Publication: A citation for this data.
