v0.4.11 TD-065/TD-066 提交时未运行 ruff format，7 个文件格式不符合 ruff formatter 标准，导致 main 分支最近 5 次 CI（v0.4.11~v0.4.14） 全部 ruff format --check 失败，PR #13 继承该失败。 修复: ruff format . 修复 7 文件（dict 对齐空格 + 函数调用括号换行）， 纯格式化零逻辑改动（+80/-79），5400 passed 零回归，CI Lint 恢复绿灯， 解除 PR #13（Dependabot download-artifact v7→v8）合并阻塞。 文件: unit_damage_vfx_mixin.py / enhanced_sound_bridge.py / procedural_sound_synthesizer.py / effect_renderer.py / test_architecture_guards.py / test_smoke_td059.py / test_vehicle_damage_vfx.py 版本: 0.4.14 → 0.4.15 (PATCH, 无功能变更)
