- `outcomeMetaUpdates`: add `settledNamedOutcomes` to the `questionUpdated` event. - `userEvents`: add `time` to the funding event. - `spotMeta`: type `universe[].tokens` as a `[baseToken, quoteToken]` tuple. - `meta`: deprecate `universe[].onlyIsolated` in favor of `marginMode`.
