Closing: TypeScript 7.0 is the native (Go) rewrite that dropped the ./lib/tsc subpath export that vue-tsc/nuxt typecheck depend on, which breaks Build, Typecheck, and Lighthouse. No compatible vue-tsc release exists yet. We'll revisit once the Vue/Nuxt toolchain supports TS 7.
