Add option to omit the explicit start for a yaml file

Of course this goes against the 'opinionated formatters' idea.
But I tend to improve as i go instead a doing major rewrites.

I like the yaml format this hook produces, but enforcing the --- leaves me modying pretty much every ROS repo out these 😄
