This PR standardizes the repository's naming conventions and significantly enhances its documentation.

Key changes:

  1. Naming Standardization: Renamed directories (deque -> Deque, Error-debug -> ErrorHandling) and various Python scripts (e.g., Anagram_Check_Sorted_Sol.py -> AnagramCheckSortedSol.py) to consistently use PascalCase.
  2. Documentation Overhaul: Updated the root README.md and created/updated 10 subdirectory README.md files. Each README now includes a detailed list of contents and time complexity analysis for each implementation using LaTeX notation.
  3. Code Refactoring: Refactored cycle_check in SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py to be a proper instance method.
  4. Verification: All 50 scripts were audited, internal Markdown links were verified using a bash script, and all non-interactive scripts were tested for successful execution with Python 3.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12056570907404436051 started by @ppant
