This PR standardizes the repository by renaming directories and files to a consistent PascalCase convention and fixing several typos. It also significantly improves the documentation by updating the root README.md and all subdirectory README.md files, adding detailed time complexity analysis in LaTeX for every implementation. Additionally, it includes a minor refactor of the linked list cycle check implementation for better Pythonic practices.
