…2 shipped Founder decision (2026-07-14): drag-from-Library-into-queue and playlist file import/export (M3U/M3U8) are not useful enough to plan now — deprioritized, not removed from the vision; revisit opportunistically post-R1. Add-to-queue is already covered by the Play Next / Add to Queue verbs. R1 no longer depends on either. - roadmap.md: drop M3U from the S10 line; record both under Deferred/out-of-window with rationale. - sprint-plan.md §Status + S10 table: S10.1 ✅ + S10.2 ✅ shipped, S10.3 next; S10.2 scope updated to what shipped; S10.3 retitled 'Playlists UX' (M3U dropped, 9→6 SP); drag-to-queue annotated as deprioritized (kept for traceability, not excised). - s10-queue-playlists-macos-plan.md: same status + deprioritization annotations. Annotate-don't-excise per the docs rule (feedback-docs-status-vs-roadmap).
