Resources system and Page structure changes

Now resources can be loaded by nested folders. Resource folders are identified by key.
Page structure changed, allowing access to page events.

Python3.x compatibility issues fixed

Various fixes for python3 compatibility.

Version v0.1.0. Works well but needs more testing.

Consist in a good base of development. Should be tested a lot.
