Added missing database indexes to forum entities

Summary
I've successfully added database indexes to optimize all forum queries, eliminating sequential scans across the forum module.

✅ Entity Changes

1. ForumThread (
   forum-thread.entity.ts
   )

Added @Index(['status', 'createdAt']) to support the getThreads() query that filters by status and orders by creation date
2. ForumComment (
forum-comment.entity.ts
)

Added @Index(['threadId', 'createdAt']) to optimize loading comments for a thread
Added @Index(['parentId']) to support nested comment queries (replies)
3. ForumVote (
forum-vote.entity.ts
)

Added @Index(['entityType', 'entityId']) to optimize vote counting in updateVoteTotals()
