What
Adds the public-safe Portfolio Command Center fixture proof package: screenshots, verification notes, website content, refreshed fixture outputs, and proof-package metadata.
Why
The Portfolio OS demo now has durable visual evidence that can be referenced publicly without exposing live portfolio state.
