… taps Adds kJPEG=9 and kH264=10 to PixelFormat so ImageFrame.data can carry JPEG- or H264-encoded camera frames (Prima camera_main/camera_eye video taps). Additive enum values at the next free tags; VERSION 2.4.1 -> 2.4.2. NOTE: tag 9 = kJPEG, tag 10 = kH264. Do not reuse tag 9 for H264 (fork history had kH264Stream=9; canonical H264 takes a fresh tag).
