There was an error when we were getting an empty file path on buffers like startify and / or scratch buffer that appears for a split second before dashboard loads. Now it is secured.

So, it's a very simple plugin to handle Vim templates, even if you use an external file manager to create empty files, it offers an option to fill empty existing buffer with your defined template.
