Description

How to reproduce the issue or how to test the changes

1. Activate one or more Directorist extensions that register settings outside the Extensions menu, such as Authorize.net, M-Pesa, PayPal, or Stripe under Monetization.
2. Go to Directorist Settings > Extensions > Extensions General.
3. Confirm the Installed extensions card no longer says no extension settings are available when active extension settings exist elsewhere in the settings panel.
4. Confirm the card says extension settings are available in the settings panel and lists detected extension tabs, for example Authorize.net Gateway, M-Pesa Gateway, PayPal Gateway, and Stripe Gateway.
5. Confirm Browse extensions and View directory behavior stays unchanged.
6. Confirm extension settings still render in their own menu tabs and the settings save payload behavior is unchanged.

QA completed:

• Static string check confirmed stale copy is removed: No extensions installed and tabs above.
• node --check passed for assets/js/admin-settings-manager.js and assets/build/js/admin/settings-manager.js.
• Browser QA passed on the local settings page with active gateway extensions; Extensions General displayed: Extension settings are available in the settings panel: Authorize.net Gateway, M-Pesa Gateway, PayPal Gateway, Stripe Gateway.
