tempest-integrated-storage-ubuntu-jammy job run on python 3.10 which is not supported in tempest as it fails due to constraints - https://lists.openstack.org/archives/list/openstack-discuss@lists.openstack.org/thread/ONCJY4H64SQZWHJ6CXCVVJFFS6OGYDPC/ Fixing it by pinning tempest and cinder-tempest-plugin python3.10 compatible tag to test it.
