Update Clap from 4.6.3 to 4.6.4 and refresh compatible transitive dependencies in
Cargo.lock. Clap 4.6.4 only changes its internal parser implementation to use syn 3, so no source adaptation is required. All other direct dependencies, Rust 1.97.1, nightly rustfmt, GitHub Actions, and the 2026 copyright notice are already current. This repository has no git submodules.Status: Ready
