Update dependencies

Updates TypeScript dependencies in the TypeScript examples, benchmarks, and integration-test packages after confirming Rust dependencies, Rust/toolchain pins, GitHub Actions pins, and copyright years are already current.

• Updates typescript from 6.0.3 to ^7.0.2 in the TypeScript fixture packages and refreshes their lockfiles.
• Reviewed the TypeScript 7 release notes: the native compiler port is compatible with TypeScript 6 behavior for code that already compiles cleanly, but deprecated 6.0-era options are hard errors. These packages already use explicit modern tsconfig options.
