Holistic review of link-wire-rs against two goals: Ableton/LinkAudio v1 parity and the tactus-native extensions (better audio, better mesh). Lands a prioritized, delegable backlog in four lanes (parity hardening, better audio, better mesh, spec process), each ticket sized and tagged with a file:line seam. Documents the substrate decision (wrap mshr, fork-minimal the cheers lan-pair pattern, reach iroh via mshr) and the identity-constant / authentication-tiered trust model (jam/adhoc/stage).
