• Add realtime.subscriptions.postgres_changes_multiple_filters capability, covering the AND-combined multi-filter support added in supabase-flutter#1610 (verified against supabase-js/realtime-js and the realtime server, which parse one comma-joined filter string, not multiple bindings).
• Add spec at specs/realtime/subscriptions/postgres_changes_multiple_filters.md.
