Overview

Work Crew Builder uses the O*NET Generalized Work Activities Framework (41 standardized work activities across 900+ US occupations) combined with best-in-class context engineering to help you build a crew of specialized AI agents. Install in minutes, no terminal or coding required.

Quick Start

1. Install — Copy the .cursor folder into your Cursor workspace (see INSTALL-GUIDE.md)
2. Invoke — In Cursor chat, type: @nova.md Hi! I'd like to build a work crew.
3. Follow — Nova (your builder) will guide you through role analysis, task mapping, and crew generation

Project context folder

project-context/ is the primary place for long-term knowledge and artifacts your crew reads and writes.

Description: Crew agents treat this folder as the main store for briefs, research, plans, drafts, and final deliverables. It keeps outputs organized and avoids clutter in the project root.

Usage:

• You: Drop any documents you want the crew to use (briefs, specs, examples) into project-context/. Agents will look there when tasks are relevant.
• Crew: Agents save new artifacts into subfolders by type:
  • project-context/plans/ — Strategy and planning
  • project-context/research/ — Research and analysis
  • project-context/drafts/ — Writing and drafts
  • project-context/final/ — Final, user-facing outputs

The folder is created when you build a crew; add these subfolders as needed or let the crew create them.
