fix: deprecate no_extract parameter with DeprecationWarning

Summary

• no_extract was silently removed at some point; callers got a hard TypeError with no migration path
• Adds a DeprecationWarning that maps no_extract=True to include_extract=False so existing code keeps working while users migrate
• Documents include_extract in the API reference (previously undocumented)
