The v0.1.0 Rust packages omitted README metadata, so crates.io could not render package documentation. This patch release makes both Rust crates inherit the repository README, updates the daemon, protocol crate, and NuGet contract to 0.1.1, and replaces stale pre-release installation text with current registry and release instructions.\n\nThe local and GitHub quality gates now assert that both Rust package archives contain README.md, preventing this regression.\n\nValidated with actionlint, cargo publish --dry-run -p cathub-protocol, dotnet pack, and the full .\build.ps1 check gate. The generated package lists contain README.md for both crates.
